As we communicated to all our customers in our Dec 2005 mailing and in subsequent mailings, Koo Ventures LLC has wound down its operations, including the koo.com domain registration service, effective 28 February 2006.
Although we have ceased trading, any currently active domain names that you have will remain effective until their expiry date. However, if you wish to continue using your domain beyond the current expiry date, you will need to transfer it to another registrar. The transfer process can take up to a week or more, so to avoid any unforeseen complications, we recommend that you transfer your domain as soon as possible. If you wait until the last moment and the transfer process is delayed for some reason, you may risk losing your domain, so we urge you to act now!
